New Patients: Before Your First Visit
We know that going to a new physician is overwhelming. To make your visit productive, take the time to inventory your symptoms. List where your pain, swelling, redness or irritation occurs, and note the circumstances at the time. Be able to tell the staff how long you've been experiencing the condition.
Remember: Bring all your medications or a detailed list of your prescriptions (including milligrams) to each visit. If you forget an important point or have additional questions, please feel free to call our office and speak with the nurse. Our primary goal is to keep you informed and very involved with your personal diagnosis and treatment. Educational materials can be provided on each treatment plan and/or the diagnosed condition.
